What is it?

Submit a ticket when you have made changes to a class in Banner that will affect Brightspace, such as instructor, times, etc. This will let us know to run a job to push those updates to Brightspace. 

If a course you updated is cross-listed, please list the CRN's for those courses in the ticket.

How do I use this service?

Click the "Request Service" button and fill in as many fields as possible.
