Reporting Tools Offline for ODS Migration - COMPLETE

Several reporting tools will be impacted by data maintenance scheduled for 6:30 am Friday 8/22 until 8:00 am Monday 8/25. Users should expect any reporting tool that uses ODS to be unavailable and/or inaccurate until Monday morning.

Work is completed and reporting systems are available.

What is affected - Reporting tools that use ODS data such as GSI and Argos

How long will it last - Systems should be available by Sunday, however full functionality should be expected by Monday at the start of business.

Why this is being done - This will conclude our transfer of hosting Banner data from on premises to SUNY ITEC.

Post- migration testing - IR and Applications and Integrations will test on Saturday 8/23/2025

FACULTY - Student lists can be viewed using Self Service Final Grading until GSI lists are available again.
