There are a limited number of distribution lists (DLs) used for sending email to a large defined population of, or the entire campus. For the most part, the member lists are auto-populated based on employment or, in the case of students, enrollment status. These DLs are all restricted such that only specific authorized personnel can send email to them - please refer to Procedure 126 for detailed directions regarding requesting authorization to send email to any of these DLs. Below is a summary of each list and their purpose:
