Summary
This article describes the steps to accessing the data used for SUNY Reconnect.
Before You Start
To get started, ensure that you have the following:
1. A valid NetID@genesee.edu email address: This is typically assigned to students, faculty, and staff at Genesee Community College.
2. Access to a computer that is connected to the Internet.
3. Access to Argos. These steps will help you log in.
Steps
- The SUNY Reconnect report is located in Root > Collaborate > SUNY Reconnect.

- If you do not have access to the report, please let IRP know through Request Form - Request for Information - IRP, and he they can add you to the securities for reaching the report.
- When you get to the report, you will select Fall 2025 or greater. There are currently previous terms in the report to look back to see how data appears in those terms. This is here for reference and will be removed later.
- Click Run.
If you receive a message that a table is not available, then it is mostly likely that financial aid permissions need to be set on your account. For financial aid permissions, this is a helpdesk ticket to Applications and Integrations.

Once the data has loaded, you can export the information through the cog on the lower-right-hand corner of the report view. You can also click on the student’s information to see the details on the screen.
