Enrollment by Academic Year of all Credit Students

You are presented with prompts allowing you to filter by Academic year, Program, and/or Award Level.

Pay careful attention to the notes on this page that describe how the data is presented:

  • The total line for each academic year is the unduplicated student count of all credit students at Genesee Community College during the academic year for the respective column.
Since many students change status during the year these are not mutually exclusive (a single student may be counted in each column).
  • For example, look at the columns of the Full/Part-Time status table below.
  • The total of the Full-Time column is the unduplicated student count of any student who was ever a Full-Time student during the academic year.
  • The total of the Part-Time column is the unduplicated student count of any student who was ever a Part-Time student during the academic year.
  • The total of the Total Student Count column is the unduplicated student count for the academic year.

Two display-by prompts are provided where users can choose between degree, program title and program code.

Several tables are presented providing breakdowns by academic year for various demographics (e.g., counts by full/part-time status, gender, matriculation, race, and ethnicity).
