In this article, you will be guided through the steps of viewing and using the International Dashboard in Factbook - Outcomes.
Before You Start
To get started, ensure that you have the following:
1. A valid NetID. This is typically assigned to students, faculty, and staff at Genesee Community College.
2. Access to a computer that is connected to the Internet.
3. Access to GSI.
4. Get Logged in to GSI. These steps will help you log in.

Steps for Getting to the Dashbaord
1. Under Dashboards, click on "Factbook - Outcomes"
2. Click on the "Graduates Employment and Transfer". On this page, click "International".
3. You are now on the International page. This page provides information on GCC International Student Graduate and Transfer Out Data. The various sections of this page provide data on international student totals, international graduate and award totals, as well as international transfer data. This data for this dashboard goes back to 2011.
Steps for Using the Dashboard
1. On this dashboard you can click the "*Select a Country" drop-down and choose a country. This prompt is set to have every country selected by default. To choose a single country, un-check the "(All Column Values)", and then select one or multiple countries you would like data on. For this demonstration, we will leave it on the default setting of all countries.
2. For the first section, "Number of GCC International Students", you can select from four different views. View one shows a table of the GCC International Student Totals, view two shows a table and a graph of the GCC International Student Count by Term with a graph filter to change the various terms, view three shows a table and a graph of the GCC International Student Count by Academic Year with a graph filter to change the various academic years, and view four shows a table and a graph of the GCC International Student Count by Term and Academic Year with a graph filter to change the various terms and academic years.

3. For the second section, "Number of GCC International Graduates and Awards Given Per Degree Year", you can select from two different views. View one shows a table that shows the degree year and the count of international graduates and the count of awards received for that degree year and view two shows a graph with the same data.

4. For the third section, "GCC International Student Transfer Out Data", you can select from four different views. View one shows a table of 2-Year vs 4-Year Transfer Out Totals, view two shows a table of Transfer Totals by College Type and Term, view three shows a table of Transfer totals by College Type and State, and view four shows a table and a graph of Transfer Totals by College Name and Term with a filter to change the college name. This transfer out data only includes data on students who graduated.
