1. A valid NetID@genesee.edu email address: This is typically assigned to students, faculty, and staff at Genesee Community College.
2. Access to a computer that is connected to the Internet.
3. You will need access to GSI. These steps will help you log in.

This page presents two historical enrollment line charts: "Fall Census Enrollment" and "Spring Final Enrollment". It also presents a table of "Top Ten" Programs by enrollment for user‐selected terms and a term enrollment table. This page contains outcomes (persistence, retention, graduation, transfer, and attrition) for the freshmen cohort. Data are provided in both chart and table formats.

Degrees Awarded Dashboard Page
This page present two charts: "All Degrees Awarded for Degree Year by Degree Type" and "Unduplicated Graduates by Degree Year". Also presented are two tables: "Unduplicated Graduates by Degree Level" and "Unduplicated Graduates by Program"

Program Dashboard
This dashboard contains several pages/tabs of information frequently needed for program review of all active degree programs at GCC. Below is a brief overview of each page.
Enrollment by Program Dashboard Page
This page presents four "Fall Census" enrollment displays.

This page provides users with a table displaying college readiness information on incoming fall freshman cohorts (from Fall 2009 forward). In addition, users are provided with three chart displays; one for each readiness area: English/ESL, Math, and Reading. Prompts allow users to filter by degree program(s) and freshman full- or part‐time status.
Degrees Awarded Dashboard Page
This page presents a table and chart of counts of all degrees awarded by SUNY Degree Year. Prompts allow users to filter by degree program(s).
Program Information Dashboard Page
This page presents a listing of all programs and concentrations of the college. The page provides GCC, SUNY, and State Ed numbers, CIP and HEGIS Codes, Minimum Credits needed to complete, registration dates for each program, and other relevant information. Prompts allow users to filter by program name, Perkins affiliation, current program status, and concentration.
Course Grade Distribution Dashboard Page
This page presents grade distribution and pass/fail rates for selected course(s). Data are displayed by "Part of Term" and "Instructional Method Type". Prompts allow users to filter by program and course.
Faculty List by Course
This page displays information on courses, instructors, course enrollment, and course location. Use the prompts to filter by course, by first term in the report, and by last term in the report.

Course and Remedial Dashboard Page
Shows students enrolled in a Selected Course plus any Remedial Courses the student is taking at the same time. Prompts require user to select a course and term. Report provides student name and id, section id, location, and instructor.
Independent Study Dashboard Page
Tables and Graphs show counts of Independent Study sections and counts of students enrolled by Campus, Course, and Instructor by term since summer 2011.
Strategic Plan
The strategic plan dashboards displays information about certain key performance indicators from the strategic plan. These key performance indicators are related to the 2023-2025 SEM plan and other relevant information.

(Provides current and historical "point in time" term enrollment information by "Days Spent". Open to all GCC users.)
Summary Dashboard Page
This page displays headcount and FTE enrollment information for selected terms and days spent. Prompts allow users to select a "Days Spent" and one or more terms, locations, and/or programs. Users can compare term enrollment information "today" to the same point in time (days spent) in previous years.
Users are also provided with "End of Term" enrollment in previous years thus allowing them to project enrollment based on historical growth between selected point in time and end of term enrollment. Data are displayed by Full/Part Status, Student Type, and Permanent Residence. Percentage Gains and Losses (compared to previous year) are automatically displayed.
Current Day Summary Page
This page displays summaries for all current terms. The current terms are listed on the Summary page.
Campuses Dashboard Page
Similar to the Summary Page but data are displayed by campus location student type.

Still Registered for Term
Use this page to answer the following question: "From all students who were registered for a selected term as of a selected days spent/date (the “initial” date), who is/how many are STILL registered (the “comparison” date)?"
Trend Dashboard Page
This page provides a line chart to see day‐by‐day FTE enrollment patterns for selected term and the previous three years. Users may filter by Residence and/or Student Type.
Trend by Multiple Demographics Dashboard Page
Same as Trend Page above but users may filter data by any combination of Residence, County, Student Type, Age Group, Program of Study, Degree Award level. In addition to the line chart, users are provided with a student list for selected criteria.
MIS – Admissions Dashboard
Very similar to the MIS Dashboard, this dashboard provides current and historical "point in time" Admissions application information by "Days Spent" for term. Open to all GCC users.
Applicant Detail Dashboard Page
This page displays application counts, decision counts, gains/losses, and trends for selected term(s) and days spent. Prompts allow users to select one or more terms, in addition to applicants’ student types, high school names, high school counties, and programs of study. Percentage Gains and Losses (compared to previous year) are automatically displayed.
School Districts Dashboard Page
This page displays application counts by High School for selected term(s) and days spent. Users may drill into High School information. Percentage Gains and Losses (compared to previous year) are automatically displayed.
Program Dashboard Page
This page displays application counts by applicant Program of Study and Student Type for selected term(s) and days spent. Gains and Losses (compared to previous year) are automatically displayed.
Yield Dashboard Page
This page displays yield rates for selected term(s) and days spent.
Admissions Dashboard
Provides data on Recruits and Applicants. Purposes include contacting potential students to apply and enroll. Open to all GCC users.
Recruits Dashboard Page
This page displays aggregated data and lists of recruits for outreach. Prompts allow users to filter by zip code, high school name, high school graduation date, and campus location. Bar/Line chart displays "Recruit‐to‐Registered" counts by High School County. In addition to the chart, users are provided with a student list for selected criteria.
Promise Plus Dashboard Page
This page displays application and registration data by participating "Genesee Promise Plus" high school for selected term. Gains and Losses (compared to previous year) are provided.
Applicant Detail Dashboard Page
This page displays application counts, "eligible to register" counts, and registered counts by applicant type for the current term and the next two consecutive terms. Data are displayed in charts and/or tables and may be grouped by County, Age, Gender, and Race/Ethnicity.
Campus Center Dashboard Page
This page displays lists of applicants for outreach. Prompts allow users to filter by term, applicant zip code, student type, acceptance status, registered status, and program of study. Users may also filter by high school name, graduation year, and location.
Course Offerings Dashboard
Provides real‐time course registration information. Open to all GCC users.
