Summary
In this tutorial, you will be guided through the process of running a report in Argos on current Health Studies students with the goal of Nursing, Respiratory Care, Physical Therapy Assistant, or Veterinary Technician.
Before You Start
To get started, ensure that you have the following:
1. A valid NetID@genesee.edu email address: This is typically assigned to students, faculty, and staff at Genesee Community College.
2. Access to a computer that is connected to the Internet.
3. Access to Argos.
4. Get logged in to Argos. These steps will help you log in.
Steps
1. On the left side, click "Repository". Your view of Argos might look different from this screenshot.

2. On the top left, you will now see you are in the "Repository" folder. Click "Student" from the list below.

3. On the top left, you will now see you are in the "Student" folder. Click "Student Lists" from the list.

4. You will now see the "Student List - Dashboard".

5. At the top of the page, click the drop down arrow next to "Report".

6. You will now see a list of available reports to select from. While hovering over the list, scroll down to show all of the "Intention:" reports. Now you can select one of your desired reports.

7. You will now see that your report is Selected at the top of the page. For this example, I have selected the "Program Goal: Nursing" report. Now, select which term(s) you want data from. In this example, I have selected Fall 2024.

8. Click the "Run" button.

9. You will see the report is being generated.

10. Open the report from pop-up.
