Before You Start

To get started, ensure that you have the following:

  1. A valid NetID@genesee.edu email address: This is typically assigned to students, faculty, and staff at Genesee Community College.
  2. Access to a computer or device: You will need a device with an internet connection to access the Adobe Creative Cloud website.

Steps 

  1. Open your preferred web browser and navigate to the Adobe Creative Cloud login page: https://creativecloud.adobe.com.

  2. Click on "Sign In" located in the upper right corner of the page.

  3. When prompted for your email address, enter your NetID@genesee.edu email address and click "Continue."

  4. You will be redirected to the Genesee Community College login page. Enter your NetID username and password, then click "Sign In."

  5. If this is your first time logging in, you may be prompted to complete a two-factor authentication process. Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your identity.

  6. Once successfully logged in, you will be redirected to the Adobe Creative Cloud homepage. Here, you can browse and download the applications included in your subscription.

  7. To download an application, click on the "Apps" tab located on the left side of the page. This will display a list of available applications. Click the "Install" button next to the application you wish to download, and the installation process will begin.

  8. Once the installation is complete, you can access the application from your computer's "Start" menu or "Applications" folder, depending on your operating system.

  9. You can now start using Adobe Creative Cloud applications with your NetID@genesee.edu login credentials!
