Password and Security Question Reset

If you know your current password, you can make changes using the Reset Tool.

Log into https://pwreset.genesee.edu by choosing the Change Password / Log In option.

If you believe you've been locked out of your account, forgot your password, or are former student looking to get temporary access for transcripts, you will need to call the helpdesk @ 1-866-614-5004 or see us in person at T212.  We will NOT be able to verify your identity via alternate email or chat at this time.
