Enable/Disable Teams Meeting Default in Calendar Location

Summary

Sense we have migrated to O365 Outlook want to automatically add MS teams to the location when you invite someone to the meeting.  You can change the default there so you can and will have to make it a MS Teams meeting if you wish it to be so.

Before You Start

You will need to open the Outlook application on your computer. Then follow the steps below.

Steps 

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
  2. In the Outlook window, click on the "File" tab located in the top left corner.
  3. From the File menu, select "Options." This will open the Outlook Options dialog box.
  4. In the Outlook Options dialog box, click on the "Calendar" tab on the left-hand side.
  5. Uncheck the box that the arrow is pointing to.
